Holds a degree in Law from the University of Alicante, and has passed the examinations to qualify as a free-choice judge in 1995.
He is appointed to Barcelona, Elche, Vélez-Málaga, Talavera de la Reina and Marbella, always in First Instance and Instruction Courts.
In 2007 he became a qualified lawyer, also in the areas of Civil and Criminal Law.
Initially he worked for two of Marbella’s most prestigious law firms, LEXLAND LAWYERS and RR LAWYERS, simultaneously representing both companies along with carrying out his own work as an independent lawyer.
In 2016, he opened his own office, DUA ABOGADOS, in order to continue directing matters of a civil and criminal nature and engaging the services of prestigious lawyers to handle other cases (administrative, urban, labour, commercial, etc.) who act strictly under Francisco’s close supervision.
Assisting Francisco in his work within the Marbella area is the fact that having resided in England he speaks perfect English.
Graduated in 2003 as a Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), then moved to Spain and settled permanently in Marbella, where he began his professional career after having homologated his foreign qualification through an approved equivalence examination at the University of Malaga.
This enabled him to join the Bar Association of Malaga in 2008 while attending classes at the School of Legal Practices in the delegation of Marbella.
Since then he has been collaborating in several law firms in the city and working as an independent lawyer, developing a wide experience in commercial and corporate law, Real Estate Law and Immigration Law until in 2016 when he formed part of DUA ABOGADOS.
He has an academic level of English and a fluent level of Italian, so he is perfectly able to communicate with clients perfectly in those languages
graduated in International Law and European Union Law from “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest, Romania. Having a wide experience of professional practice beginning initially with the Law University (National Anti-Corruption Division of Bucharest, Romania and the Court of Bucharest, Romania) and with experience in the coal and energy industry. Francesca decided to expand her knowledge and expertise by coming to Marbella in order to work with the leading lawyers of Marbella.
Francesca has particular expertise in dealing with “Money Laundering and Terrorism financing actions” (Spain, 2016), and has studied at the Illustrious Bar Association of Málaga the key aspects of Negotiation Law.
Francesca joined DUA in order to offer our clients a wide range of assistance in all areas of International Law. Francesca is fluent in English, Spanish and Romanian, which enables her to explain and converse with clients in a clear and professional manner.
She completed her primary, secondary and university studies in Italy, where she gained a License in Law from the University of Modena in 1994.
In 1995 she studied in Bournemouth, England and completed a course which saw her receive a Masters Degree in International Law.
After spending a year in England in order to perfect her English, she moved to Marbella in 1996, where she developed her professional career principally dedicating her activities within the world of property conveyancing, an area in which she continues to be involved in.
In 2008 she completed a course for adoption to Spanish Law in the University of Malaga, this then allowed her to enroll in the “Colegio de Abogados de Malaga”,(Malaga Law School) the governing body of practicing Lawyers in the Malaga area.
In addition to her native tongue of Italian, she both speaks and writes English and Spanish perfectly.
